How does reserving a puppy work?

To the families interested in acquiring one of our Australian Shepherd puppies, the reservation is completed through a small deposit. We work with a brief questionnaire that allows us to get to know each family a bit better, their experiense, routine, lifestyle and preferences such as gender, color and activity level. This helps us to ensure the home aligns with what we look for for one of our puppies, as well as to match the perfect puppy that will adapt to the family's life best, having in mind its character and the family their preferences.From birth, we keep families updated with photos and videos every 2 to 3 days, ensuring you to follow the development of the puppies closely.

What is included with our puppies?

All our Australian Shepherd puppies leave for their new homes with:Pedigree & LOEEuropean passportMicrochipVaccines y dewormingVeterinary certificate of good health (eyes, teeth, testicles, skin, heart and mucous)Purchase contract with legal guarantees for infectious and hereditary diseasesCertificate of the socialization programCopies of the official heath test results of both parents: hips and elbows (OFA/SETOV), eyes (University of Córdoba) and genetic diseases (PRA, MDR1, HSF4, CD, NCL6, CMR1, IGS y DM)We believe that breeding brings along a continuous responsibility, that goes further than just the first eight weeks of the puppy, therefore we are always available and offer support during the whole life span of the puppy.

When can puppies leave for their new home?

Can I pick a puppy solely based on color?

We perfectly understand that most families have preference of color, gender or certain characteristics. Nevertheless, we believe the character, activity level and computability are just as, or even more, important. Therefore we try to find the balance between the family's preferences and the puppy that will actually adapt best to their new home.

We work with a brief questionnaire, that allows us to get to know every family a little better, their experience, routine, lifestyle and preferences. This helps us to ensure they offer the home we have in mind for one of our puppies, as well as to match the puppy that will best adapt to their lifestyle, keeping in mind the preferences of the family in terms of gender, color and activity level.

Question 6

Do we ship (internationally)?

Accepted Answer

The hand over is always personally. Yes, we ocassionaly do (international) deliveries. Nevertheless, our puppies always travel accompanied personally by ourselves, never with couriers or (international) shipping companies.Whenever possible, we like for families to pick up their puppy in our home, in order to see where their puppy grew up and meet their parents, if they have not visited previously.
